At Himiway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 15-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure every rider finds the perfect electric bike for their lifestyle with total peace of mind.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the specific return shipping address.

    Prepare the Bike

    Ensure the e-bike is in its original packaging, includes all accessories and manuals, and has less than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Securely pack the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a potential restocking fee.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit and confirms it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
